Toilet bowl choke.Like everyone this is like a nightmare.Panic is all over me.Trust me, The WhatsApp icon is the link to the solution.I was given instant very interactive responses, not the AI-bot-chat which is all over the webs/apps.Given a same day best available time slot, while with a note for any possible earlier slot if there is a chance.The technician Mijan came 1 1/2 hr earlier with a serious looking equipment. Swiftly all was done within 15-20mins.Before making his leave, Mijan shared a tip with me, pressed down the flush bottom 2-3 seconds for a full flush.I am so thankful for Mr Plumber and the crews.

Ladi arrived slightly early, and after taking a listening to the drip sound and checking the tank, he advised that we needed to change the flush system and confirmed the rates that was also provided earlier. He worked quickly and wasn't too noisy, which was very appreciated as we were on work calls when he arrived. Before he left he gave helpful advice on what not to do so that we won't have the leak problem again. Arranging the appointment on WhatsApp was easy too, all information was clear and payment was cashless. Highly recommended!

Was having leaking tap but only discovered it on 27/5 morning. Searching through the web, notice that there are many positive reviews from Mr Plumber Singapore and decided to give it a shot. CS Glenn within an hour of messaging. He tried finding the earliest available slot within the same day but could only find an 8pm timeslot. Decided to take it as I would like to get it resolved asap. Have also requested for an earlier timeslot if any is available. At 2.45pm, technician Ladi called to said that he was able to come over around 3pm as he was nearby. I was so glad. Ladi is very professional and friendly. The whole thing was completed within 10 mins. Thank you CS Glenn and technician Ladi for the fantastic customer experience within such short notice. Thana called and came earlier even though he informed in the morning he will be late due to a flat tire.Upon inspecting my shower, he realized it was not the whole shower that was having an issue, but a particular one (The part with the handles to control the water). He then explained to me what is causing my issue before proceeding to remedy it. His knowledge and expertise helped to identify my shower leak issue and resolved it in a short span of time.Knowledgeable. Efficient. Friendly. Thana values his work so much! He did changed our faucet due to leakage and sealing of our sink. We noticed that he knows what he is doing, very neat and professional as well. Mr Plumber (the company) was responsive and efficient in helping to fix an appointment with us via Whatsapp and Mr Mahfuz was professional and efficient in helping to fix our one piece toilet that had a faulty pan collar and would leak when flushed. Tried calling other plumbers but got rejected by many who found this job too troublesome for them. Was quite worried initially but everything was done in about 45 minutes and he and his partner helped to clean up after that. Would recommend him!

Engaged Mr Plumber because my seat cover came loose and despite all the self-directory videos we could not tighten it. I had a very pleasant experience with Everyworks (Mr Plumber) - found them on google, and engaging them for the first time and am amazed! Had a crack on my toilet bowl water tank and hence had to look for a replacement asap. CSO Donna replied very promptly and accurately recommended a good yet affordable toilet bowl just based on a picture of my old toilet bowl. Throughout the entire process, CSOs were all friendly, prompt and respectful. Payment methods were convenient and instructions/updates was clear.Was blessed with Kumar in replacing and installing our toilet bowl. Yet again another wonderful service experience point. Kumar was not only very on time, he was respectful, responsible and was very neat and clean in his works. He kept his items and disposal items tidy, and did a great job in installing the toilet bowl. In the midst of completing his work, he kept wiping the toilet bowl of make sure it was clean, and in working condition. He also cleaned the surrounding area of the toilet bowl before leaving. I made a call to this company late in the day and still they responded in a timely fashion. Not long after, a plumber came by and explained the roots our our pipe issues. He then proceeded to resolve it in just a matter of minutes. On the whole, just a wonderful company to call when you're in need of plumbing servicing.

They are honest and trustworthy plumber and this is my second time using their service to clear my parents's kitchen floor trap in the kitchen. They managed to solve this floor trap choke without having to cut the water pipe at my neighbor as proposed by the previous "professional" specialist (IGM). They have been quick to response to my request within the same day to help me to check on a power trip. My heater was installed by them one year ago and it was later discovered that the power trip was caused by a lizard hidden behind the wiring box. Hahaha Thank you to Mr Plumber's team onsite

The copper pipe above the ceiling in my kitchen had a leak. Decided to call Mr Plumber Singapore after reading the numerous positive reviews regarding their service. Excellent service by Mr Plumber Singapore! I used them three times for my water heater and leaking kitchen tap issues and they always delivered. They are responsive to calls and send someone fast. Ladi and Rajan are very professional in their work. They are punctual and also determine in solving the clogged holes. With their efforts and passion in their job, they tried many times to pump and clear the clogged hole (a very stubborn clog) and finally succeeded. Now, we are able to shower without the worry of water ponding. Plumbing price is also reasonable comparing to others. Thumbs up and recommended!

He requested for photos and within 10mins was able to provide a quotation and got a slot for afternoon. Price is also affordable. The serviceman was also very efficient and skillful. The drainage pipes in my shower and my service yard had been clogged for the longest time ever, and I have tried all sorts of anti-clogging chemicals purchased off the supermarket. I finally decided to engage the services if Mr Plumber, and had never regretted my decision since. The guys were extremely professional and experienced in clearing drainage clogs, and were also well-equipped with professional heavy-duty equipment to aid in the de-clogging. I was most impressed when one of the guys put his arm into the main drainage pipe, and retrieved huge chunks of hardened cement which was stuck within the pipes all this while. I would recommend Mr Plumber's services to anyone facing similar clogging issues within their household.

I needed a plumber service ASAP as my sink tap was leaking badly. My son searched online and found Mr Plumber. I called barely half an hour explaining my situation. Weighing my urgency and location they sent a plumber over to assist me. The plumber was kind and courteous and worked swiftly. So awhile back I had a plumbing issue in my kitchen. Needed a last minute help because it was flooding so I looked up online and come across Mr Plumber website. I texted the number on the website and received fast replies and even a quote for the service. Mr Shafikul came by the next day and fix the issue. He is very professional and even clean as he go. Prompt and responsive service. Made an appointment during the week for Sat. Plumber arrived on time and fixed my leaking bowl (it was leaking externally). After he left, I noticed that the it was now leaking into the bowl. Plumber came back on the same day and resolved it. Overall a great experience and highly recommended if you need any plumbing services.
